Champions Ride 3.0 is all set to make a remarkable cycling event of the year 2020 organised by Cyclone Cycling Club

Starting point – Gotila Garden to SP ring road take left turn till Kake Da Dhaba then u-turn and ride up to Agora circle then take left to Indroda circle and straight till dead-end/T point than take u-turn and back to Indroda circle then take left to VAYUSENA circle then u-turn from VAYUSENA to again Indroda circle then take left to Agora circle and take right to venue.

Waiver & Release from Liability

  1. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event and have not been advised against participating by a qualified medical person. In consideration of my registration and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin successors and assigns as follows:

 

  1. I agree to give all bike riders on the road the right of way and conduct myself in a safe manner. I acknowledge that the use of a hard-shell riding helmet is required. As the event may require riding in the dark hours, I will at all times be equipped with a strong front light and rear hazard lights with spare bulbs and batteries. I understand that portions of the course are on the road, and I will obey all safety regulations for bicycles traveling on busy roadways, and will be governed by all the local laws including traffic laws.

 

  1. I agree it is my sole responsibility to be familiar with the course for this event. I understand and agree that situations may arise during the events that may be beyond the immediate control of the event officials or organizers. I agree to Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons from Cyclone Cycling Club of Ahmedabad, its constituents, and its assigned associates, from any and all claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.

 

  1. I understand that all the cyclone event may not be supported and No Immediate assistance is available to the participants on the event course. Should I require additional medical attention, I hereby consent to receive such medical treatment which may be deemed advisable during the event and understand that I am solely responsible for all costs and consequences relating to medical administration, transportation and evacuation.

 

  1. I agree that my entrance fee is non refundable. I understand the event could be cancelled due to weather or other causes and rescheduled at the discretion of the event organizers. I accept that the course may be changed due to circumstances beyond the event organizers’ control.

 

  1. I will additionally permit free use of my name and pictures in media broadcasts, print and television, etc. This Waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I hereby certify that I have read this document and understand its content.

 

  1. Waive, Release and Forever Discharge, Cyclone Cycling Club of Ahmedabad, its constituents, and its assigned associates from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or any actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me from this event:

 

  1. I fully acknowledge that cycling is a hazardous activity and that this event carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property damage and property loss. I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this event regardless of their cause.
  1. Due to COVID19, Wearing mask is MUST at all times, whenever not riding. Keep Safe distance at Start point, Finish Point and control points. If you feel sick or have fever, please do not come to the venue.
