1. Event Tickets:
- No Refunds: Once event tickets are purchased, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason. This policy applies to all event ticket purchases.
- Event Cancellation: In the event that the cycling event is canceled by the Cycling Club due to unavoidability , we will communicate the cancellation to all ticket holders. While we do not provide refunds, our team will be available to address any queries or concerns you may have regarding the cancellation.
- Event Changes: The Cycling Club reserves the right to modify event details, and any changes will be communicated to the ticket holders using the contact information provided during the purchase.
2. Cycling Apparel:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cycling apparel purchases unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within one week of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
- Return Policy: If you receive a defective or damaged cycling apparel item, you must contact our customer support team within one week of receiving the product to request a return. The apparel must not be used, and the original tags must be intact for the return to be eligible.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team through the contact details provided on our website or through the order confirmation email. Provide your order details and the reason for the return request. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned apparel, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
